The confidentiality policy principles involve collection, use, disclosure, handling and processing of the customers’ personal data. The personal data are processed solely in compliance with the requirements of legal acts and with all precautions taken for the personal data protection. What is the aim of data processing?

Personal data are used for managing the customer’s orders and for delivering the goods ordered.

The purchase history (the date of purchase, the products, quantity and customer’s data) is used to compile a review of the products and services purchased and to analyse the customer’s preferences.

The bank account number is used for returning payments to the customer.

Personal data (e.g. email address, telephone number, customer’s name are processed to settle the issues relative to the products and rendering services).

IP-address of the online shop user or other network identifiers are processed to provide the operation of the online shop as the services in the information-oriented society and to compile the website usage statistics.

Legal basis

Personal data processing is carried out to perform the agreement entered into with the customer.

Personal data processing is carried out to perform the legal obligations (accounting, settling of consumer disputes).

With the customer’s consent, data processing is carried out for posting advertisements.

Recipients of personal data
Personal data are submitted to Customer Support Service of the website and online shop for managing purchases, purchase story and solving customer problems.
